Hi beauties! Summer is officially here, well sort of here in Toronto - we're still having those random rainy and chilly days. But many of us are probably trying our best to workout or be on a healthier diet to get fit for the summer (I definitely am). To help you get a little closer to your body goal, let me introduce you to one of Rodial's latest range - Super Fit. Super Fit is an advanced bodycare range that targets problem areas such as arms, hips and stomach by firming, toning and smoothing them out! I was so excited to have the opportunity to try a few products out from this range and to share my experience with you guys. In order to find out if these products actually work, I've been using them for over a month now alongside with a consistent workout schedule (I'm still working on having a more consistent healthy diet).
This gel has a concentrated skin firming formula for the abdominal area that helps to improve your skin tone and its elasticity. It contains gemmoslim, wheat protein and fig extract. Gemmosliim not only reduces fat storing cells, but also helps improve skin tone. Wheat protein smoothes the skin and improves its elasticity, while fig extract plays a big part in keeping the skin moisturized.
On my abs days, I massage this gel in circular motion around my abdominal and waist area after showering. I do have to say that I feel a little more firm around those areas and this gel definitely keeps them moisturized. Plus I love its fruity scent!
This is a daily firming and toning moisturizer. While vitamin e keeps your skin hydrated, its key ingredient pro-svetyl® helps tone your body - of course this is alongside a consistent workout schedule. Pro-svetyl® comes from sacred lotus, it helps reduce fat storage, prevents tissue inflammation and reduces water retention - in turn it minimizes the appearance of cellulite.
I've been using this after every workout (almost everyday and of course after showering!). I mainly use it in areas that are more prone to cellulites (i.e. my thighs). With the commitment of exercising and the consistency of using this moisturizer, the appearance of my cellulite has definitely decreased. And just like the Tummy Tuck, this also smells really good. It has a rosy citrus scent - a pretty soothing and relaxing scent.
This lotion contains a formula that helps plump and firm the bust and décolleté area. Its key ingredients are: matrixyl 3000, pomegranate extract and volufiline. Matrixyl 3000 is basically a combination of two peptides that triggers your skin to produce more collagen, as well as elastin, which helps smooth and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Pomegranate extract is packed with antioxidant that helps increase the firmness of your skin. And as for volufiline, it contains an extract from a Chinese herb called Zhu Mu. Volufiline stimulates the body to increase its fat production to the area where the product is applied. It has been said that this ingredient is very effective in naturally enhancing the girls.
I've been using this lotion once a day (as it doesn't state the frequency on the tube/box) and I haven't seen much of a change, yet. However, I just noticed (as I'm writing this post) that on Rodial's site, it actually states that it should be used twice daily. I've also done some research on this product and the results vary from person to person. A few websites stated that this lotion needs to be used about 56 days or so to become effective. They also stated that for some people, their girls have actually increased a full cup in size. As for some other people, their girls got firmer, fuller and smoother. And for the less fortunate ones, some of them have used the product religiously for three months with no results.¹
Overall, I like these products and would recommend you to try them out - as the first two products I mentioned above did provide results as promised. However, I can't stress enough that these results will only appear if you're consistent with your workouts and watch what you intake. As for the 'Boob Job', I can't say much about it since it hasn't done anything for me - although it is quite hydrating. The only thing I can say about the 'Boob Job' is to do your research before you commit to purchasing it.
I hope this review was helpful! Would you try these products out? And if you already have,
what did you think about them? Let me know in the comments below, I'd love to hear from you!
