Hi beauties! As the weather changes, my skincare routine is slightly changing along with it. This fall, I'm adding two new products to my daily skincare routine. (Side note: feel free to let me know in the comments below if you would like me to do a fall skincare routine blog post!) In order to allow my skin to slowly adapt back to a richer moisturizer during winter, I'm adding in Nip + Fab's new Dragon's Blood Fix Hyaluronic Shot and their Bee Sting Fix Toning Pads into my morning and night routine. If you are new to my blog, here's a quick background on my skin - I do have sensitive skin, so I normally need to use water based moisturizers, if not I would easily get blemishes and rashes on my face.

Nip + Fab's Dragon's Blood Fix Hyaluronic Shot is a moisture concentrate. Dragon's Blood is a red sap from Croton Lechleri trees in the Amazon. It had been used as medicine, varnish, dye and incense since the ancient times. In regards to skincare, Dragon's Blood helps protect and heal any wounds, rashes, scars and much more. Nip + Fab combined Dragon's Blood with Hyaluronic Acid to create this moisture concentrate. Hyaluronic acid helps to retain over a 1000 times its weight in water within the cells of skin, which also helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. I've been adding a few drops of this shot to my summer daily moisturizer to allow my skin to ease into a heavier moisturizer in the winter. You may also apply this directly onto your skin.
Nip + Fab's Bee Sting Fix Toning Pads is a great addition to a skincare routine as its ingredients include bee venom, propolis extract, witch hazel and allantoin. Bee venom acts as a natural botox as it increases blood circulation while gently firming the skin, smoothes fine lines and wrinkles. Propolis, witch hazel and allantoin have the effects of healing, regenerating and protecting your skin. These toning pads are so convenient to use as the pads are already infused with such nourishing ingredients. I've pretty much replaced my regular toner with these toning pads. These pads are great especially for the up coming harsh winter weather.
Overall these are great products to include into your daily skincare routines. As these products include some anti-aging effects such as healing wounds, reducing fine lines and regenerating skin, I personally feel that these products are especially great for those who are in their mid 20's and up (just like myself)! And did I mention, they work for my sensitive skin and they are reasonably priced!
Let me know if you've tried any of these or other Nip + Fab products! Feel free to also share your fall skincare routine with me in the comments below, I'd love to hear about it! Before I end this post, I just wanted to let my fellow Canadian readers know that you can purchase Nip + Fab's products at your local Shoppers Drug Mart!
Thank you so much for reading! Have a wonderful day!
