Hi beauties! Since my birthday just passed recently and I'm in my late 20's, I had been doing more research on anti-aging products. I had stumbled upon Bioxidea Cosmetics a few times as it was featured on magazines such as Glamour, Vogue and Marie Claire. This intrigued me to do a little more research on the company. Bioxidea was found in Paris. It focuses on creating natural anti-aging products. All its products are free from sulfates, parabens and mineral oils. What I love about their products is that they are natural and cruelty free. When Bioxidea offered to send me a few products to try out, I was pretty excited! The four products below are the ones I got to try out.
*Please note, I was not asked to do a review for them nor was I paid. All opinions are my own.
Outline Saver Eye & Lip Anti-Wrinkle Serum ($59.00USD)
It is a tube of serum that can be used for both your delicate eye area and lip area. This serum includes hydrolyzed collagen, which provides elasticity to the skin preventing it from wrinkles and sagging. By applying the massage ball around the eye area, it should help de-puff and soften fine lines and wrinkles. And when you apply it around the lip area, it should help smooth out those smile lines. After trying it out for about two weeks, I do notice a slight firming effect. Overall, I think this product is worth a try.
Element Masks These masks contain gold and diamond extracts that act as natural anti-wrinkle agents, which work in harmony with the skin. Each box comes with 3 masks. The Element 48 Natura Gold Mask ($87.88CAD) contains ingredients that help repair and strengthen the skin. As for Element 48 Natura Diamond Mask ($90.85CAD) it contains ingredients that illuminate the skin, providing it an instant glow. Bioxidea suggests to use these masks 3 times a week for noticeable results, however I personally do masks once a week and usually notice a difference on my skin afterwards. One thing I love about these masks is that they are organic, so you can throw them into the bath after using them on your face and wait for them to dissolve. This allows you to take advantage of the left over serum and concentrated ingredients for your body - leaving it with a silky smooth feeling! Overall I think these masks are great, however they are on the pricier side - realistically I'd probably only purchase them when I really want to pamper myself or treat someone to a mini at home spa session.
B.B. + B Vitalizing Complexion Blemish Balm ($59.00USD)
This is a generally a BB cream with UV rays protective components and ingredients to help fight against wrinkles and fine lines. I would say the coverage is better than other BB creams I've tried before - it's much less sheer. It does feel a little thicker than the usual BB creams, but it's not as thick as foundations. The downfall to this product is that it only comes in one shade (luckily for me it works for my skin tone). Overall, I think this is a great product and it's definitely worth a try!
I hope I was able to give you some useful insight with this review. Let me know in the comments below if you've tried their products before and your thoughts on them.
Thank you so much for reading! I hope you all are having a wonderful week so far!
